DAYS OUT BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Information
Excursions whether advertised in this brochure or otherwise and which do not include overnight accommodation are operated by Bowen Travel Ltd trading as Jeffs Travel whose day excursion booking conditions apply (available on request). The company accepts no liability for late arrival at the destination through circumstances beyond it's control. Credit/Debit Card payments Payments made by Credit Card will incur a 2.5% surcharge. Debit Card payments are processed free of charge. Tickets Every passenger must possess an authorised fare ticket which must have been paid for in full. The ticket is not transferable. The ticket will be evidence that the passenger accepts these booking conditions. Tickets are valid only for the date and the journey thereon. Tickets can be only be changed at Jeffs Travel office, where a NEW ticket will be issued. Cancellation If you wish to cancel, the Company is under no obligation to make any refund. In certain circumstances and providing you cancel no later than 7 days prior to the journey, we MAY without obligation refund any money, less £4 per passenger cancellation and less any costs which prove irrecoverable by us. The Company may change any excursion or tour routes or itineraries, but not the departure time or the general destination or purpose without notice. In the event of a change to the departure time, or general destination or purpose, the customer may cancel up to 7 days before departure to obtain a full refund of all monies paid, which shall be the limit of the Company's liability. Cancellations made less then 7 days prior to departure or 'no shows' on the day will not be eligible for any refund. Admissions Unless stated in the programme, the prices do not include admission to the places visited. Please be on time We regret we are unable to wait for latecomers at departure points and at venue for return. Departures The time of departure is shown on the ticket. No liability can be accepted for late arrival at any departure point. In this event Jeffs Travel will not be liable for any costs incurred. Mobile Phones Please use only in the case of emergencies. Itinerary All details on the website and in the brochure are correct at the time of printing. Liability cannot be accepted for variations due to road conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Children Children aged 15 years or under are only permitted to travel accompanied by an adult. Animals No animals shall be carried on the Company's coaches except one guide dog per blind passenger or one hearing dog for the deaf. Passports If you plan to travel on one of our Continental visits you must have a valid 10 year British Passport. Insurance Passengers requiring supplementary insurance should enquire at the time of booking. Seatbelts Please note that it is now compulsory for passengers to wear the fitted seatbelt at all times whilst seated. Disabilities/Special Requests If you have a disability or special requirements, please enquire before making your booking as to the suitability of your chosen excursion, as some venues have restricted access or may require walking. |
